On average, you’ll receive your first concept or next revision in a business day. But if you submit super complex work, or a large volume of work, then things can take longer! The great news is we’ll work hard to get through it.
How many revision can I make?
You get as many revisions as you need. Please note each revisions will be treated as a new requests and may affect the delivery timelines of other pending/active requests.
Who owns the creative work?
You do! All of our work is customised for you and your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment we deliver them to you. We might want display them here but you will have final saying in acepting it or not.
Can I design ____?
If you have a graphic design need, first ask yourself: Can I reasonably explain or show what I want? If the answer is yes – fantastic! The best way to find out if we can help is to get a quote.
What is a 14-day guarantee?
All subscriptions come with a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. Love the service, find it a huge value for you and your business or you can get a 100% full refund for your initial membership fee.
This does not apply for single design requests without a monthly subscription.
What does unlimited really mean?
With youy monthly subscription, you can request as many graphics as you’d like and our designers will work on the requests in your queue every business day. If we don’t get it right the first time, no worries revisions are unlimited too. You’re limited in the speed of the requests as we’re still humas after all!
